Meredith + PJ’s downtown Baltimore proposal + engagement session

Meredith + PJ’s love story, told by PJ (from my perspective because he’s so thoughtful and knew this would be easier for me #LoveMyCouples):

“PJ and Meredith met through mutual friends at his college graduation party. Fast forward a couple of months PJ moved to the city and they began hanging out a lot in the Baltimore area. Once Meredith made the move to Mount Vernon the two quickly became almost inseparable. They could often be found at MaGerks, somewhere that offered bottomless mimosas with their brunch, or PJ’s house in Federal Hill. As their friendship grew, so did the comments and questions from both of their friends. PJ’s feelings for Meredith began to grow, and fast. He pursued Meredith for a few months until she finally gave him his shot (clearly he’s a great shooter). They started dating on November 12, 2017, with a simple, “you’re mine” and a nod from Meredith. Over the next 3 years, they enjoyed experiencing new cities, wineries and vineyards, sporting events, concerts, and plenty of restaurants together. They love to do as many “firsts” together as possible. After many firsts PJ and Meredith went to look at engagement rings – both were nervous but very excited about the future. PJ gathered ideas of what Meredith might like based on her facial expressions and lack of words at times. About a month later while Meredith was at work PJ drove out to Bel Air, MD to purchase the engagement ring for the love of his life. As you might have guessed by now…SHE SAID YES. The happy couple has set the date for October 7th, 2022, and cannot wait for this new chapter to begin.”
