Caroline + Cameron had a beautiful Thursday wedding in downtown Annapolis. Originally, their wedding was supposed to be in September, but because of weather from one of the many hurricanes we’ve had this fall, it was rescheduled. Cameron, who is in the Navy, was down in South Carolina when the hurricane hit and wasn’t able to get home in time. As soon as Caroline knew when he would be able to come home, she started planing for the rescheduled wedding! They tied the knot at Reynolds Tavern downtown, with their family and close friends all there! The afternoon started at Caroline’s mom’s hair studio in West Annapolis. Her mom is a hair dresser and did her daughters hair for her wedding, how special!? Caroline, her two best friends, and her mom all got ready at the hair studio and then we all headed to Reynolds for the first look! Cameron got in the night before the wedding, and the two hadn’t seen each other in months, so their first look was really really sweet and special. Keep scrolling for more!
Pops of mint to go with Cameron’s last name! Also, aren’t you totally loving those pin-up vibes with the wedding dress? Just wait until the bridesmaids dresses! So stinking cute!
For her bridesmaids, Caroline got them each a teacup with a matching saucer. So adorable!
How sweet! Cameron got Caroline this teddy bear as a wedding gift.
These two were so sweet. All day long they couldn’t stay away from each other, I guess it’s true what they say- absence makes the heart grow fonder.
When Caroline asked if we could take some pictures in the graveyard next to this sweet little church, my answer was a very excited, ‘of course!’ I’m all about graveyards #LittleKnownFactYouProbablyDidntCareToKnow 😉
I didn’t lie, all of these dresses are SO cute! Also, those florals…holy crap. Also very obsessed with Caroline’s engagement band, it’s so unique! The best engagement bands are the unique out of the box ones, don’t you think?
They had a beautiful tea party themed wedding. The ceremony and reception were all in one of the rooms inside Reynolds Tavern. Reynolds is an infamous tearoom in downtown Annapolis. It’s such a sweet location and was so intimate for a wedding like this. If you’re in Annapolis, or every come to visit, definitely check out Reynolds!
Caroline walked herself down the makeshift aisle, because in her words, “I’m a strong independent woman” to which I say ‘Amen sister’.
Forehead kisses always
Right after the ceremony, that had their first dance to the song “Beyond the Sea”
Caroline made him pinkey promise that he wouldn’t shove cake in her face, and he agreed. Then Caroline shoved cake in Cameron’s face, and Cameron kept his promise…what a gentleman!
Basements built in the 1700’s with terrible light = twirling, duh.
Congrats Caroline + Cameron!!
